91AV is a wonderful blend of the old and the new. Many of the original buildings still stand and are an iconic part of the local landscape.
Over the years, as 91AV expanded and our student numbers grew, so did the number of versatile facilities.
The College is located on three separate campuses in Malvern and Malvern East.
Our Tiverton and Kinnoull Campuses are situated on either side of High Street, near the intersection of Glenferrie Road, Malvern. The Tiverton Campus accommodates our students in Years 5 – 8 (middle years). The Kinnoull Campus, off High Street on Northbrook Avenue, accommodates our students in Years 10 – 12 (senior years). The distance between these two campuses is about a three-minute walk.
In 2019, the College opened our new Holy Eucharist Campus in Malvern East which is a dedicated Year 9 campus. The Holy Eucharist Campus, located on Dandenong Road, is just over 5km from the Tiverton and Kinnoull Campuses.
All three campuses are easily accessible by public transport.
Theatres and Performance spaces
At Kinnoull, our Saint Miguel Theatre holds entire Year Levels for assemblies and multi-media classes. The capacity of this space to project full movie-sized images onto a screen is of enormous benefit.
The amphitheatre at Kinnoull provides outdoor seating for 200 to enjoy bands and concerts both during and after school hours.
The Performing Arts Centre at Tiverton is a multipurpose space with retractable seating for approximately 250. This space hosts a vast array of events throughout the year, including school productions, our annual Art Show and music events.
Sport and outdoor spaces
The Gymnasium situated at Tiverton not only houses ACC sporting events such as basketball and volleyball, but can also seat the entire school during Mass and whole school assemblies.
The Kinnoull oval is a wonderful place for our young men to exert energy at recess and lunch. In addition, students have access to our multipurpose astro-turf court during breaks and P.E. classes.
There are four outdoor basketball courts across the two campuses and the College has access to a number of local sporting venues.
Our two libraries (located at Tiverton and Kinnoull Campuses) are staffed by supportive, caring and well-informed staff, providing a welcoming environment for study, research and reading. Computer, printing and photocopying facilities are available, as well as an up-to-date fiction collection, and informative non-fiction collection for loan.
Our Tiverton Campus library is open for student use from 8.00am to 4.00pm daily. Our Kinnoull Campus library is open for student use from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 5.00pm on Friday.
